Internacional have no news regarding their squad ahead of this match.

Vasco da Gama centre back Ricardo Graca left the pitch with a knee injury last time out and would have been doubtful, but he received his third consecutive yellow card before getting injured, meaning he won’t play this match due to suspension.

MATCH PREVIEW

MAIN PREDICTION: HOME WIN

Internacional visited Santos on Sunday and  beat the hosts 2-1 after a great performance from defender Victor Cuesta and midfielder Rodrigo Dourado. They are now unbeaten in their last seven games (three draws, four wins) and are level on points with fourth-placed Gremio.

Vasco da Gama sacked manager Ze Ricardo shortly before Saturday's match against Sport Recife, announcing Jorginho as the new man in charge. The change made an immediate impact, with the team defeating Sport Recife 3-2 at home producing a thrilling performance. Academy youngster Ramon Mota scored the late winner in the 90th minute and helped his team climb to tenth place.

Despite their important victory at the weekend, Vasco da Gama are still winless on the road and they will be facing an in-form top five side who are unbeaten at home in the league with three wins and two draws. I don't think Vasco will be able to replicate their weekend performance and will go for an Internacional win.

SECOND PREDICTION: FIRST TEAM TO SCORE – INTERNACIONAL

Internacional have scored ten goals in their last four league wins and have opened the scoring in three of those games. Expect this pattern to continue here.

HEAD TO HEAD

Internacional dispatched Vasco da Gama with an impressive 6-0 scoreline in their last encounter in late 2015.
